All items must be returned in their original condition. Watches may not be worn or used. Watches and or bands that are damaged, scratched, chipped or shows other signs of wear or tampering will not be accepted for a refund. Returns Note that we cannot accept the return of any item that has been resized or altered in any way.

Returns must be postmarked the latest on the 10Th day of the return.Time is calculated from the date of receipt.

Mark the number on the outside of the return package. Ship the item, including all original documentation, to our office.

In the case of a credit card payment, a credit will be applied to the card used to make the original purchase. If payment was made by check or money order, a check will be issued by mail. Refunds will be issued for the purchase amount, including any applicable taxes paid.
